For customized or made-to-order products, processing may take 3–7 business days.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Some products or orders may qualify for free shipping as part of ongoing offers.

Delivery Timeline

We ship across India.

Estimated delivery times:

Metro cities: 3 to 5 business days
Other cities: 5 to 8 business days
Remote locations: 7 to 10 business days

Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or operational issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email or phone number. You can use this to track your package until delivery.

We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an order is returned due to incorrect details, additional shipping charges may apply for resending.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or if it is lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
